Our facilities include three plants with a total of 160,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity. Inside these facilities are state-of-the-art CNC wire forming equipment, multisided machines, robotic welders and punch presses that give us the flexibility to fabricate and assemble a wide variety of custom components. Secondary services – Air benders and presses, stress relieve, belt sanders, hand grinders, production tapping, kick presses, vibratory assemblers, power benders, slitter, heat treating, tumbler, shears, special packaging and custom-built assembly machines.

We start our process development by using APQP tools. Wire Products Company is also able to supply full PPAP packages based on customer requirements. Our process improvement and corrective action programs assure that Wire Products Company is constantly striving to improve our CPK tolerance range.
