Metallic Stamping

Connection of stampings and wire forms to already created sub-assemblies and putting an assembly together as a whole instead of supplying them separately is a specialty service that Wire Products Company offers. Fastening stampings and wire forms to sub-assemblies and components to produce the final assembly is done carefully according to your needs and specifications. Wiring sub-assemblies for military applications and lanyard assemblies for the aerospace industry is also undertaken by Wire Products Company.

Our products find their applications in industries like lawn & garden, medical, electrical, commercial office equipment, manufacturing, fluid power, agricultural, recreation, defense, marine, automotive and aerospace. Wire assemblies are used in wire racks, POP displays, wire baskets, carts, cages, ventilator grills and fan guards. Our custom stamped parts are used in door fixtures, door locks, furniture, clamps, connectors, terminals and other fastening utilities with different finishes, attachments and holes.

A varied range of commercial items including food processors, musical instruments, gaming devices, monitoring and validation equipment make use of our custom metal stampings. Connection and joining of these stampings and wire forms into an entire assembly for any specific purpose and application is done with precision at Wire Products Company.

In-House Tooling

Wire Products Company boasts two in-house tooling centers that custom builds tooling to accommodate your production’s needs. We build tooling for round wire applications as well as precision progressive dies for your stamping needs.

Our qualified tool centers start with 2D or 3D CAD design, part prints or solid models provided to us by our customer. We work closely with local tool designers to ensure a high quality tool in a timely fashion. Our tool centers use state-of-the-art technology to build and maintain Class “A” tooling for your production requirements.

Our tooling centers are capable of designing and producing custom built automated assembly equipment as well as providing prototype services to ensure quality results at a competitive price for our valued customers. In addition, our qualified tool designers are available to meet and discuss design options with your engineers to provide the best results for your custom applications.

Finished Goods and Streamlined Manufacturing

By outsourcing your assembly needs to Wire Products Company, you can eliminate multiple suppliers and let us fabricate and inventory your components in a “JIT” manner to reduce your overall costs of production.

Reduced Handling and Storage

Wire Products Company offers custom packaging and bar-coding to insure your assemblies reach their final destination and are ready for use.

Non-Metallic Stamping

Wire Products Company handles non-metallic stamping services for custom parts of various geometries and sizes that are used for circuit breakers, automotive, aerospace, home appliances, lawn & garden, recreational vehicle, communications, electric motor, marine and medical applications. Prototyping, developing and manufacturing of the parts are done using different facets of tools – punch press, steel rules, progressive and compound Class-A dies. We have the capability to transform your designs into precision reality products.

Non-metallic stamping is done to produce non-metallic parts like fiberglass articles, plastic containers, etc. We use materials like glass polyester, neoprene, polyethylene, phenolic, paper phenolic, Teflon, glass melamine and fish-paper to name a few. Non-metallic stamping process employs a punch or press and a die as the two main components. Fabrication, die cutting and slitting of the stamped parts are also done by Wire Products Company.

Progressive dies are used in custom progressive stamping processes and offers a neater, uniform and faster cutting operation. Parts of various shape, texture, thickness and color are custom stamped with or without holes and attachments.

Wire Products Company has advanced capabilities to perform all bending, swaging, coil forming, four sliding, die cutting and slitting operations.
