Welded Assemblies

MIG (metal inert gas) welding is an automatic arc welding process wherein the welding occurs with the help of a consumable electrode and a shielding gas. In the TIG (Tungsten inert gas) welding, a non-consumable tungsten electrode produces the weld. Welding temperature, material of the electrode, weld time and a relatively steady power supply are the important factors that are taken into consideration to give a good quality weld.

Some Wire Products Company applications are motor mounts, wire racks, hose brackets, automobile guards, POP display parts and much more. Initially wire forms in different shapes, tubes, springs, etc are made through custom forming, and are welded together to form the final assembly. Your specifications and demands will be noted precisely and assemblies will be made according to it.

We use robotic and manual welding as well as CNC wire fabrication machines that ensure accurate and speeder operations thereby saving time effectively.

Progressive stamping, short run stamping, four-slide stamping, CNC wire forming, die cutting, slitting, blanking and swaging operations are some of the other processes that Wire Products Company handles apart from welding.

Reduced Handling and Storage

Wire Products Company offers custom packaging and bar-coding to insure your assemblies reach their final destination and are ready for use.

Finished Goods and Streamlined Manufacturing

By outsourcing your assembly needs to Wire Products Company, you can eliminate multiple suppliers and let us fabricate and inventory your components in a “JIT” manner to reduce your overall costs of production.
