Wire Forms

Wire Forms are made out of materials with sizes from .010″ to .551″ transformed into many desired shapes. Wire forming processes include stamping, four sliding, CNC Coiling, CNC Bending, Punching, die cutting, bending and swaging. Transformation of Wire Forms into finished assemblies is done in less time irrespective of the size, shape, design and material thickness of the parts.

Parts made from rounded wire forms are assembled for usage in commercial as well as industrial operations. Gaming devices, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, all-terrain vehicles, furniture, door closers, validation machines, fan guards, fitness equipment, food processors, electronic gadgets, medical monitoring devices, motor mounts, grills, gears and other hardware, foundry and military equipment use small and large parts that are created through Wire Forms.

Shelving and storage components like POP (Point of purchase) displays, refrigerator shelves, shopping carts, fixtures, signs and wired racks use Wire Forms extensively. POP displays and wire racks are used in the retail shops to display books, food products and clothes. In the medical industry wire basket assemblies are formed from metal wires which are used to keep medical supplies sterile for a longer time.

Quality Control from the Prototype to Production Runs

Our prototype department is ready to provide you with quality wire forms quickly and cost-effectively. Our tooling, built and maintained in-house to our exacting standards, ensures that all wire forms meet your specifications and performance requirements. We emphasize quality through our prototype capabilities and our ability to use Statistical Process Control throughout the production cycle.

Complete Service

Wire Products Company offers production in short, medium and long runs – with no minimum quantities. We can color code or provide special packaging as required, and we can also stock finished products for you. The combination of flexibility, quality and service results in cost-effective on-time production for your complete satisfaction.

Finished Goods and Streamlined Manufacturing

By outsourcing your assembly needs to Wire Products Company, you can eliminate multiple suppliers and let us fabricate and inventory your components in a “JIT” manner to reduce your overall costs of production.

Reduced Handling and Storage

Wire Products Company offers custom packaging and bar-coding to insure your assemblies reach their final destination and are ready for use.

Wire Assemblies

Wire Products Company wire form assemblies are produced according to our customer’s specifications and put into production immediately. Numerous value added services like piercing, Four-Slide, CNC Coiling, CNC Bending, punching, flattening, stamping, welding and premium quality fabrication are available through Wire Products Company.

Wire Products Company offers best class wire assemblies for applications in the aerospace, defense, automotive, medical and commercial industries. We deliver premium quality, manufacturing, fabricating, packaging services and technical assistance for all kinds of Wire Assemblies.

The applications of Wire Assemblies are vast and their flexibility of operations is extensive in numerous products. The defense industry uses our superior quality wire products as parts of weapon systems. These wire assemblies are made from tough materials to offer high rigidity and strength.

Welded wire assemblies are used in POP (point of purchase) displays for shelving and storage needs of various products. Resistance welding, MIG welding and TIG welding are done by our well experienced welders apart from regular robotic welding (CNC welding). In the industrial arena of heavy equipment manufacturing, wire assemblies are used in brakes, applicators, jigs, gears, pulleys, levels, mounts, ventilation grills, fan guards, anti-spark guards, etc. Wiring connection sub-assemblies for military applications and lanyard assemblies for the aerospace industry are handled by Wire Products Company.

Wire assemblies in the commercial vehicle manufacturing industry find their usage in two wheelers, three wheelers, multi-utility vehicles, material handling equipment and tractors. Numerous commercial industry products like furniture parts, musical instruments, pivots, heater and chiller coils, locks and door holders use our wire assemblies in varied sizes, shapes and thicknesses. Medical care equipment, extended care devices and patient aid products use our manufactured wire assemblies.
